My kids love to make videos of their puppet performances and this stand has giving them all the stability their camera needs to take it to the next level. The dongle with the added feature is dissapointing as the software didn't work with our smartphone, but we bought it for the tripod and it's exactly what we needed.

This would be a great tripod for light cameras or phones. I bought to use mostly for air travel with SLR and it worked reasonably well. S little Shakey in the wind and difficult to lock down but it did the job. For the price it's ideal for smaller cameras.

This is the lightest, easiest, heavy duty tripod I have ever used! I make YouTube videos and am out in the woods and around water a lot. This has been fantastic to work with. Super easy and reliable! Would buy again!

The center rising tube has a end cap that falls off. It means that the center tube and it s outer sheath don't mesh the way they should, and the sheath moves instead of the actual mount tube. It works ok but I wish I had spent the extra 10 bucks for a decent unit.
