I am very pleased with my sauna so far. First a great price compared to the comercial sauna’s.1st- very easy to put together, took maybe 10 minutes and the directions were simple.2nd- The height is perfect for people up to 6’3. If you taller u be scrubbing the top. However, not to wide but just enough to sit and be pretty comfortable.3rd- Hate didn’t come with a chair but a outside chair of my own was perfect to put inside. Be careful of zippers because their are a lot. Not cheap but be careful you can break it off the line.4th- The sauna itself- it says it gets to 140F. My first 4 times it got kinda, more dry than steamy. It did the job though. But the 5th time, I felt that steam and temperature. I had to take air breaks cause it was hitting.Overall great for price, make sure you let it heat up for 5 minutes, change the water out in the bowl and white steamer to keep it flowing properly after about the second use. Glad didn’t caught up in 300 dollar one because this one does the same thing for a cheaper price

UPDATE: seller reached out to me and sent a replacement steamer, so increased my rating due to customer service. Now crossing my fingers the same thing doesn’t happen to the replacement.My husband loves this and has used it almost daily since I gifted it to him. I specifically picked it because it had extra windows. Now the steamer lid has broken, rendering it useless.

Have owned a few of these and all were more expensive than this one and this is the best by a mile. I was expecting to have to use 2 steamers a generate enough heat but no the material on quality of this one it's not that of a "tent", it's like a thick cloth that's completely insulated inside, it looks like you're stepping into an oven or being a wrapped with aluminum foil. This thing gets hot and it retains the heat. I am very impressed.

I am an athlete and I go to the gym all the time as well as work out consistently daily. I found my muscles were very sore after a lot of workouts and I needed a way to relax the tension. I looked into Saunas and found this one for a affordable price so I decided to give it a try. While it is advertised as very easy to setup in reality it wasn't, I had to enlist the help of another person to complete it. The instructions were useless and the craziest thing is that you don't really need it so why was it included? There are also a few extra parts they give you seemingly for the fun of it, they have no practical use and the instructions make no mention of those parts. For the most part, you just stack some plastic pipes on top of one another, pull the cover/drape over which is extremely hard with one person and it has horrible stitching that falls apart at the seams, add some water and add a tube on both sides so the steam can go inside the Sauna, and then simply turn it on and wait for a long time for the steam to fill before stepping in which took over an hour. The steam goes everywhere and can damage your surrondings so be careful. The inside is cramped, I am over 6 feet tall and I had to struggle to fit inside. There is also no chair included so you are going to have to get your own unless you don't mind standing the whole time, all they give you is a mat.The remote included and another piece wasn't really needed similar to the instructions, you have everything you need just from the included Machine that holds the water as you can change all the settings on that. Another thing is you need some water for the Sauna machine, you just pour it until below the 2 line that's marked inside. Again the instructions are missing a lot of information about that as it mostly covers assembly rather than actual use. There are a lot of pieces and it's frustrating to move and adjust everything. Another big concern is the temperature, it would never get hot enough even on max setting and it constantly fluctuates, and it seems to be a common complaint. The plastic that holds the Sauna seems very loose, delicate and scratches easily, I am afraid the whole thing could fall down on me anytime and it already has one or twice with pipes falling apart, making it a massive safety hazard.The main reason for the one star review is that after the first use to try it out which I was already not liking it's performance, it just crapped out on me and died entirely. Nothing would work, it wouldn't get hot, water seems to spill all over and the machine gets extremely hot but not the actual Sauna. I tried to find customer service which was a hard task in itself and I send a message and get no responce. Trying multiple avenues, the most I got was one or two word responces that don't actually address the issue at hand.I am severely dissapointed in this Sauna. This product is faulty and is a big knockoff of a real sauna experience. It is from China and I have already returned it. The customer service and support is nonexistant and this whole thing is a safety risk in many aspects such as temperature and structural support not to mention that it can stop working anytime and you are completely out of luck. I would not be recommending this Sauna to anyone and I highly encourage everyone to look elsewhere as this is not what you want to be spending your hard earned money upon. Thanks for reading!

UPDATE: Seller quickly replied and sent out an expedited shipment with a replacement. Giving this a second chance. Rest assured that if you have any issues, you're working with a great seller that will take care of you!At about 4 months part of the lid broke off. Shortly after the seal is broke. Steam just comes out of the top of the generator. This worked great while it lasted, but I'd expect much longer lifespan than that.

Assembling this would've been much easier with 2 people, but I managed. It did tear though a bit while assembling at the top seam. Not a huge deal, kinda don't expect it to last very long anyway. It does work well for the moment though.
