I enjoyed the side grip angle on the pliers. The case is not something I use often but if you like that sort of thing it seems ok.This spring and to now - November - I have been using these primarly in the salt water. Make sure you are diligent to rinse them off and prevent rust. I had to touch them up a bit with Ballistol to prevent rust after I dry them off and have touched them up a bit with a wire bush. They have dehooked over 100 fish now and have been very handy at camp with the split ring feature. They are always in my car now and then sometimes I throw them in the kayak if I am in the salt water or targeting bigger fish. For the price, they will be hard to beat.. Why pay more for expensive pliers when these get the job done?

If you are looking for a powerful fishing plier this is your best option.I think that these pliers are the best for their price. They are really handy, the handle's material is like rubber and feels resistant. The magnetic spring is fantastic and works perfectly. The holder has good quality too, I think only the plastic snap could be a problem in the future if you don't take care of it. I found that it is a little bit big for the smallest rings.

The Fishing Pliers worked perfectly. This tool makes working with split-rings easy.

Hoping for an all in one tool. It wouldn't even cut 12lb braided line.

Great solid product. Holster needs a little tightening moves around too easily. Doesn’t stay fixed in one position. Pliers though are a good value.

Grip too short and keep cramping own hand while using it...otherwise it's a fine pliers..
