This is a basic file holder. It assembles easily. What I really dislike (and what I didn't notice when I placed my order) is the way the screws stick up so that when you pull files out they drag on the screws. Why not use a flat-head screw driver or design it in a way that the screws don't protrude? It'll work and I'm not going to return it, but I'm not 100% pleased, and for the price I could have gotten something that doesn't have this design flaw.

The screws were hard to screw in I think they might have been a little short . Can’t tighten them down.

Technically, it works and I kept it because it's storing things I don't use often. But it attaches with screws that get in the way of the paper you are trying to place in the slots. If you pull out the paper quickly, the sharp edges of the metal and the raised screws damage the paper. Poor design, especially for the price.
