This is a good pan - non-stick works at least as good as any other I have used, seems durable, and has a handle that stays cool. Eggs slide right out, and a quick wipe gets it clean. It has become my favorite egg pan!

Wow. This was a great deal. Great little skillet. Even came with a full size screwdriver to install one screw in the handle. Had 2 extra screws and 2 scrubber sponges. No stick, cleans well.

I like this pan.It came with little screw driver and screw to attach handle. Better that way for shipping.They even sent extra screws. Easy to put on. Attractive wood grain look on handle. Washes great in dishwasher or by hand. Perfect size for eggs or grilled chess.

This pan is very well made. It cooks my eggs very well with no sticking with just a touch of cooking spray. The only reason why I gave it a 4 rating is because it was received unassembled. A screwdriver and screws were included. That wouldn't have been a problem if it was easy to put together! A third person (after a bit of a struggle also) was able to get the handle on the pan. I never dreamed I would need to attach the handle. This company should think about shipping this pan fully assembled.

I purchased the "Ecowin 8 Inch" frying a year ago, enticed by its impressive list of features and promises. Initially, I was quite satisfied with its performance – the non-stick coating (courtesy of Whitford's long-life granite coating), the compatibility with various stovetops, and the ease of maintenance.However, after a year of use, my satisfaction has significantly dwindled. The most disappointing aspect has been the durability of the pans. Contrary to the claim of retaining non-stick performance even after 50,000 simulation friction tests, the interior of the pans has started to turn black around the edges. This discoloration is not just a cosmetic issue; it has severely affected the non-stick quality. Foods that once slid off the pan with ease now stick, and cleaning has become a chore.The stains around the inside of the pans are stubborn and refuse to come off, even with gentle cleaning as recommended. It's disheartening to see a product that promised "super easy to maintain" quality deteriorate so quickly. It's a stark contrast to the "excellent non-stick performance" that was not only promised while cooking but also during cleaning.I had high hopes that these pans would maintain their quality for a longer period, given the emphasis on their durability and energy-saving features. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. My experience compels me to caution potential buyers: while the pans may seem ideal at first glance, their longevity and maintenance might not live up to your expectations. Be aware that the initial impressive performance might not last as long as advertised.

I’ve had this pan for 1.5 years now and it still works perfectly! The nonstick coating has not come off at all, and it cleans like a dream. I use it daily for eggs in the morning and it heats evenly on my induction stove. Love this!

I have no idea how they originally attached it. Took it to a local repair shop and they couldn't do it either. The protective guard at the base of the handle won't allow the screw to fit. Finally reattached it without the guard.

Very happy with our Ecowin Non-Stick Frying Pans. Having They have excellent non-stick properties and the pans have nice even temperatures across the cooking surface due to the large induction number of steel dimples on the bottom of the pans. We previously had expensive Swiss manufactured ceramic coated frying pans which had poor induction plates on the bottom that had to be run on higher power settings. As a result the pans produced uneven heating and food used to regularly stick in the hotter area of the cooking surface. The Ecowin fry pans are granite coated non-stick surfaces and because of the better induction plates on the bottom, we are getting nice even cooking at much lower temperature settings. Would highly recommend these fry pans to anyone looking for quality induction cookware that has excellent non-stick properties at a reasonable price.
