Ordered and received one that was defective; failed to launch and didn't work probably 1 of every 3 tries. Returned for an exchange, got a second one, and this one works probably 1 time of every 20 tries!!! So frustrated

My dog enjoys playing with the ball launcher. It’s a new experience for him and he is getting used to playing by himself. It took me two days to teach him to put the ball in the hole and now he is very excited to play. The good thing is that he is not bored when he’s alone in the house. Definitely recommend !

The ball launcher was as described in the photos. It is easy to use as well. My dog loves playing with balls and he enjoys this new experience playing with the launcher. Definitely recommend!

I bought a pack of these balls to go in my dogs ball launcher. Thinking they would be the same quality as the balls that came with launcher originally. These new balls only lasted one day before splitting open. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch so I reordered from a different supplier. This time, I pulled out of the bag and as you can see from the picture they were split before I even gave it to my dog. BTW my dog is a small 12 pound dog!
