I have a senior dog and a puppy. Both dogs absolutely love it! I sit on the floor and load it for them because they haven't quite figured out how to do it themselves. I really like how it doesn't launch it the same every time. It keeps them guessing. They get great exercise while playing with it.Other things I like is the fact that you can use it plugged in OR with batteries. So you can take it outside! The price is also excellent compared to other launchers.Thank you again for providing a quality toy that won't break the bank.

We bought this for our Mini golden doodle. The ball launcher kept him busy. It easy to use. The only issue we had was that the tennis balls that were given seemed at times to get stuck. The white balls were perfect. Wish we would have gotten more white balls. They maybe too small for larger dogs.

Upon receiving, It didn't seem new, the balls were damaged and the power cord defective, not powering effectively. Power cord defective, and 2 of 3 balls defective! This item I just received, and opened is not in working order or pristine condition. My dog, Bella and I are bummed and frustrated.It's supposed to work wireless.When it's plugged in, I gave it a solid chance, but the motor literally sounds like it's slowly dying, puttering out. Will provide audio/video disappointment.I believe strongly in great companies, standards of excellence; coupled with honesty/integrity, and transparency!! Period.There's a market tailored for everyone.We are allowing Amazon to do a us a disservice. !!!!!

Omg my dogs love this launcher. I keep in the box in a closet and they now recognize the box and get so excited when I get it out. They never want to stop chasing the ball! Well worth the money, very well made!

This worked perfectly for the first week, by the time my dog really started to understand how to use it, the ball was getting stuck every other throw.

Many reviews were discouraging, saying the unit didn’t work past a few throws or a few days. Getting it was definitely worth the risk. If it does stop working, so what. Cost is low. I’ve been using it for almost a month, and it has worked just fine. Superior exercise fun for my high-energy Westie. I’m still in the process of teaching him to drop in the ball by himself.
