This book shelf took me about an hour and a half to set up, only because I wasn’t paying attention and missed the direction the planks should face. Once I got the hang of it set up went pretty quickly and instructions were straightforward.The shelf itself is quite stylish and fits right in with my decor. Very sturdy and fits a lot more books than I thought it would. It even has a relatively spacious bottom storage compartment that I’m using to store my magnetic book marks, book tabs, highlighters and everything else I use for my reading sessions.If you want to store your book’s stylishly and have limited space, this shelf is the one for you.I spruced up the bottom compartment with an artificial plant and it looks great

This is absolutely perfect! Was a little time consuming but not hard at all to put together! Looks like it was expensive! The craftsmanship is great and highly recommend this one!!

A slightly wider base would make it more sturdy.Drawer is only part wood. The other part is cloth. This was not clear in the description of the materials.Slightly misaligned screw holes along one of the back supports. When loaded with books you can’t see it.Would be nice if hole plugs were included to cover the screw heads.Top of the drawer isn’t big enough to hold a 10x6 book or much of anything else except glasses or a phone

I finally found something that was just the right size to organize my nightstand. I have books that I like to keep close by my bed but struggled keeping the nightstand tidy. Until now! The bookshelf took me about 25 minutes to assemble and it’s sturdy. Just what I needed. My nightstand has been neat and tidy ever since. I’ve included before and after pictures. Decent priced.

This is a really cute bookshelf, and I abuse it horribly!I have mashed a lot of books into a tiny space. Each shelf holds 6" of books, which means it holds almost 42" of book storage.I'm using this for cookbooks and knitting books, they are all outsized, both taller and wider than hardbacked novels. When filled the shelf leaned away from the wall by about 15 degrees, so it is shimmed with small doorstops and use the wall strap. I believe the overloading amplifies an underling design flaw, but the structure is sound. (Also the floor slants a tiny bit)1 star off for the horrible fabric shelf. I suppose it does the job, but it has a lot of play. you can feel the bottom and corners shift every time you use it.

horrendous quality. The back piece was already broken when I unboxed and i had to fix it up to get it to install.
