Cheaper by far than the name brand, but I think it does the job just fine. I've been using this brand for years with no issues to my Keurig coffee maker.

Worked great in my Famiworth k-cup brewer. No problem with smell or residue. Much better than vinegar method to me.

I had been descaling our Keurig with distilled vinegar, but decided to try this for the needle cleaning after our machine wouldn’t work because the needles were clogged. I honestly didn’t know that was a thing. I was impressed by the fact that the first two tanks of water actually looked like something was coming out of the coffee maker. The only problem was the needle cleaner. The little basket only has one center hole for a single needle but my machine has five needles and, to my disappointment, didn’t work as issued. I solved it by snapping the lid off the basket. The needle cleaner produced very brown water, so apparently it worked with my modification. *edit to add — I found a cheap refillable basket made to work with five needles, that works even better. *I doubt this kit will last me a year, as our machine asks to be cleaned more often than every three months, but it worked well and was reasonably priced.

My 7-year-old Keurig continues to work great thanks to using this excellent liquid descaler every 3 months. Before my unit begins to take longer to finish a heating cycle or makes popping sounds, it's scheduled for a quarterly descale. Mineral build up is no match for this product, plus there's no odor, and one bottle provides 4 economical cleanings.

It seemed to work well, and had a bubble like foam with added to the water tank of my DeLonghi automatic expresso machine. I followed the directions DeLonghi proposed and filled the water tank up to level A with descaling solution. Then I added water to level B and the cleaning bubbles from this product reached the very top of the water tank. But everything went smooth and the descaling process chugged along until it was complete. This product recommends and marks the levels for the amount of solution to use but I followed DeLonghi instructions. That said, DeLonghi has you use about 3/4 of the amount of fluid that this product recommends.

Descaling light came on and after multiple flushes with this product, descaling light still on. Should've stuck with white vinegar and water

This stuff saved my keurig that I thought was completely done for. It stopped working which I thought was an age thing (going on like 10 years now) so I bought this as a last effort and oh wow did it come back to life! Super happy!!

Packaging was near indestructible. The product works better than the ordinary methods used for descaling. I will buy it again.

I tried descaling my Keurig with vinegar...... no luck! Purchased this product and descaled my machine in one go! Works amazing!
