80477 is a replacement part used with the Q and Baby Q portable grills. The valve end fits onto a fuel tank in order to control the flow of fuel to the burner; do not overtighten this connection.

It was fairly easy to install and works like the original. Like all of these things you buy nowadays could use better instructions, but I figured it out and it works great!

The valve works perfectly, but the bracket was too long. I removed the two screws and installed the regulating valve on my old bracket and the grill works again.

Replaced orig regulator which was barely working. New one works great. Warmed up to 550F in 10minutes. Might have gone higher, but that is enough to sear a steak properly and leave pink and red in the middle. Mmmm!

perfect fit on my webber portable grill Q2200. i had to change my OEM one due to bad propane gas had oil inside my tank. the oil was in the propain tank and flood my regulator. WOW first time of bad gas from Homedepot tank swap AmeriGas
