I am not using these with a car, but using to cover the ends of kite spars.Perfect for small diameter spars used in stunt and single line kites.

They appear to be decent vacuum caps in a nice organizer. The rubber seems fine. Unless you're doing something commercial with these things or own a bunch of 80's cars there's more than most people will ever go through.

I went to my local auto parts store looking for a vacuum caps to replace 2 old cracked ones on the carburetor of my classic car and they didn't stock them. Said they had to special order them from Holley and it would take 3-7 days to arrive. Found this set on Amazon and they came next day. The 3/16" caps in this kit were exactly what I need to block off the ports on my Edelbrock 1406 carb. Definitely recommend a kit like this in the tool box of anyone who works on older cars, equipment, or small engines.

Quality is average but the smell is pretty pungent. I am guessing this is cheaper rubber based on the smell so I expect the quality to be lower and not hold up as well in engine compartment type environments.

I would review these but when I opened the box I encountered the most toxic, pungent odor I have ever witnessed. I quickly closed the box, put it aside and gagged a while before deciding I'm not dealing with whatever form of biological / chemical warfare agents that we're in there.
