This was a little expensive, but was an exact fit during installation. It is noisy, however.

It works fine. Only problem is that the fan was not very well balanced. It wobbles a bit, but does the job.

The motor and mounting bracket worked fine. Easy to install and matched the Broan original brackets and mounting.Problem was the squirrel cage fan. It was badly out of balance, warped, and would hit the motor brackets. But, the key was to take off the old fan and install the original Broan fan. The fan is held on by an allen screw and shaft dia is the same. The original Broan Squirrel cage fan is a much better robust and heavier design. So Order the motor but keep your fan. This was mentioned in other ratings also

I had to use my old fan piece. The fan piece was too big for the motor preventing it from turning smoothly. My old one fit perfect. My question is does the manufacturer test their product?

Motor works well. Replaced a unit in an old fixture so I didn't have to buy a whole new light and fan. DID NOT COME WITH THE FAN despite individual pictures of the fan blades and measurements of the fan size in the description. Seller offered a full refund. I will update this review and my rating to inform if refund is provided.Update. Seller offered a refund plus an additional $10 for the inconvenience. Hopefully they change the listing to actually reflect what they are stopping. Raised my rating to 5 stars since the seller went above and beyond to make this right

First and foremost it was direct fit and plug in. Easy to replace.Like most products today ...not quite as sturdy. Be careful with the fan blade itself. It is very thin and easy to bend or warp.It works and draws air well.Note the bracket. If you replaced the one like pictured....you're good to go.

Moved into a new place and the exhaust fan was frozen up. replaced this and had the exhaust fan working fine again in no time.
