The two small tools work well to replace drawstring in pants. The large plastic lead was difficult and broke in use. The drawstrings are good, heavy quality and were easy to thread thru waist. Recommend

Had a number of sweatpants/shorts with lost/broken strings, this made it easy to make 'em all like new again. Easy enough to use the tools to weave the string through the waistband. It's nice to have extras in for future broken strings. Recommended!

The pink guide rod super brittle and completely worthless. It shattered just trying to attach the first string. Luckily this kit also includes a metal piece that doesn't much better job so buyer beware half this kid is worthless

Going to provide a little TMI but I believe you need a reason to buy a product like this. I mean obviously it is because you need some strings in your shorts/pants if you don't have them anymore.I am a combat veteran, I have PTSD and some times get into very dark places. This landed me into an institute once, I could not wear any of my shorts because they all had draw strings. So I had to wear the dr type gowns you get when you are at a hospital. The whole thing is using the string to ya know, decide it was your time.Now getting away from the dark, I had them cut all the drawstrings from my shorts so I could wear those, I get very hot very easily and have to be in shorts, tank tops, and flip flops, even at 40 degrees.I had lost weight due to some medical stuff that came up thanks to time served and I couldn't put my phone in my shorts without them wanting to fall off my not so round bottom. Yeah we are talking about flat behinds. So my wife finally got this. I HAVE DRAWSTRINGS IN ALL MY SHORTS AGAIN!!!! I don't have to worry about what weight is in my pockets. This little kit made the job super simple. The guide works great, makes short work of moving the draw string, you can hook and pull. It all works great. Something so small but big impact in my life.
