Once I realized I could buy replacement bags for the litter locker, I ended up saving a ton of money. After moving I tried these since my usual brand wasn't available anymore and they work even better than the old ones I bought did. They don't rip easily and even come with a reusable box which has a top that comes off for easy replacement of the bags. It also fits in both my litter lockers than I got in Canada and the US one (different brands). Am 100% buying again when I finally run out of bags.

these refills not only save me a lot of money, they also save a bit more plastic garbage from the landfill. The bags are the same quality as the name brand: thick and smell proof. Very easy to set up. takes up way less storage space, too.

The bags are thinner material, so you have to be careful removing and tying off so that you don't put a finger through the plastic. If you shake the genie (like to get matter "down" the hole) it tends to also pull extra of this bag down with it, which wasn't an issue with the "real" ones. All in all they work as a replacement, just not quite as good as the original... But worth it for the cost difference.

I know some of the people who reviewed these said they don't keep the smell encased in the litter genie, that they break. This has been a life saver and a money saver. It's never ripped on me, it does contain the smell. And I have an XL litter Genie and I scoop daily, 2 litter boxes and I can go an entire week, and tie up the bag, with no problems. And now that I've gotten used to how to put in the cartridge, it takes less than a minute to refill and out back in. Plus you get more feet than you do w the litter genie brand refills, and better than Target brand refills.

I was having a hard time finding a refill cartridge for my liter genie XL at a reasonable price... I ordered this hoping it would be a good alternative and I was pleasantly surprised! I used the plastic refill in the empty cartridge of the original genie refill and it fits perfectly, very easy to install and works just as well as the original refill cartridge. It's so much cheaper than the liter Genie XL original refill, which is great because I don't have to tie up and cut up plastic bags of my cat's litter every so often (the product itself does a great job of trapping odors, but it's the price that makes it so convenient that I don't have to tie up and cut up plastic bags of my cat's litter haha) I'm so happy with the price and it works just as well, so I'll definitely be buying and using it in the future :)

I was at my wits end with the cost of litter genie cartridges every time I needed to refill. I had no idea you could purchase refill bags to put inside your old cartridge, that’s awesome! The reviews were good so I took the chance and I bought the largest pack to split with my daughter. Her and I both have our own rescue and fostering programs so we go through these pretty quickly. This was perfect, I have been using them ever since I got them and I’m still on my first refill, so they definitely last longer than a typical litter genie brand refill.. 100% recommend buying these and saving your money. There’s absolutely no odor coming from my litter genie and I actually have a cartridge in it that’s too big for the litter genie and there’s still no odor, that says a lot. Don’t walk, run and buy these.!!!

The idea of a cost effective alternative to the ridiculously expensive Litter Genie refills sounded like a great idea. These are easy to load and use and seem as durable/thick as the originals, but they unfortunately do NOT contain the odor. At first I thought I just had a particularly smelly week's worth of cat poo and pee lumps, but I have several litter boxes and litter genies, and when I compared side by side to the original bags these cheaper ones were definitely letting the stink escape. It's a shame - I really wanted to love these but cannot recommend 100%. I had better luck repurposing a regular kitchen trash bag -- it just doesn't look as nice, but it at least contains the odor better.

El material de las bolsas es muy bueno, se ajustaron muy bien al contenedor y despachador original y el paquete comprado contiene otro despachador extra. Muy buena relación calidad, cantidad y precio.Las recomiendo y volveré a comprar.

Funciina bien para el Genie XL si conservas el cartucho vacio y lo llenas con estas bolsas.
