I am a handy girl and had no problem installing this by myself! It was easy to install....waaay easier than I thought it would be. It works wonderfully!!! I totally love it!! I have both AC and Heat from the same unit. I have it in a small schoolbus conversion. I highly recommend this unit!!!! It is perfect!!!

works as advertised....easy install.....its just a chill chaser, not a heater...so not a lot of heat from it.....still need a furnace

Great price and good quality. Took about 30 minutes to install. There are good install videos on YouTube. Raised the temp in my camper 10 degrees in about 30 minutes. Happy with the purchase.

Installed in my 21' trailer and while it does what it's supposed to I guess, it's nowhere near as effective as a simple space heater I use on the floor. This one blows cold air too long before and after and isn't nearly as sensitive at keeping it at a narrow range of temperatures. Luckily Texas only has a VERY short period of time in "winter", but it did drop to 20's and was handy to have during that spell. For the cost and effort, I'd still install it again as it was ridiculously easy to install. This seller did great and it's a solid product, but the design of the system is the only thing keeping it from being a 5

I bought this unit because it said it ALREADY had the HEATING CORE in it, but had to buy and install it myself. Easy job and Wish I would have had this UNIT & HEATER CORE in the past.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on a 13,500 BTU.This unit has kept me COLD in the SOUTHERN HEAT & PRETTY WARM so far, with the help of a FLOOR UNIT below 45. Perfect temp, 74-76.

I always wondered why our RV AC had two "low cool" settings and a red bar on the thermostat, then I learned about this heat strip for the Coleman Mach AC units. I had been burning propane on cool nights and was tired of the blast of heat and noise of the furnace.After watching the installation video I realized I could easily install this heat strip and run it in place of our furnace to ward off the evening chill. I had it installed in 10 minutes. It has been a game changer. We like the white noise and air circulation of the AC unit and I have found that by setting the temperature at the mid point on the thermostat it keeps our RV comfortable all night. I recommend installing the heat strip if you have a compatible Coleman Mach AC unit and need something to keep you warm on a summer night.
