Swapping out the old fan was an absolute breeze! All I needed was a rachet and 1 socket, then about 10 minutes.The model of my range hood is in the images. Everything lined up just perfect and the plug just plugged right in. It is nice to breath some new life into old appliances.Make sure to turn off any breakers before starting work, you won't be touching any raw wire but you never know.

I really like that the measurements were in the listing. This was pretty plug and play for me! It’s not any louder than the one I pulled out and seems to be working fine. If this shorts out in a disappointing amount of time I will surely be back to adjust my review..

We replaced a worn range hood motor for a 12 year old Broan/nutone range hood. Go ahead get this, you can do it too. If you have a flashlight to help see what you are doing and a flat head screwdriver, you are all set - took about 15 minutes - stopped and cleaned a few things up there while we were at it. I don’t know how long it will last, will amend the review if it breaks down soon, but for now it is great, back to cooking and removing those cooking smells!

I keep some on shelf for those rental units that the motor has gone out and the hood looks great so swap a motor easy done
