Q1: How to buy a replacement battery for your laptop?
Method 1: Use System Information to find your laptop model
- Step 1: Press Windows + R to open Run window.
- Step 2: Input "msinfo32" in the empty box and click OK to open System Information.
- Step 3: Keep in the System Summary section, and you will find the System Model item in the right pane.
Method 2: Remove Battery from Laptop to find your laptop battery part number
- Step 1: Switch off the laptop and unplug the power cable in case of electric shock
- Step 2: Remove the back panel with the screwdriver. You should to this with care avoiding any harm to the laptop components.
- Step 3: Disconnect the cable connected to the battery and then take out the battery. After that, you can check the specifications of your battery.
Q2: Why the laptop does not recognize the battery？
- Could be caused by battery loose. Please re-install the battery and make sure that the battery cable and the motherboard interface are tightly inserted.
- Maybe due to conductive material damaged which the laptop motherboard and battery anode and cathode contact position, you can try to confirm it with your original battery.
- Check whether the battery drive is in normal condition, if not, download the corresponding driver software to update.
Install A New Battery:
- You need to turn off your laptop and disconnect the power.
- Disconnect the connection between the old battery and the motherboard to avoid unnecessary damage caused by disassembling the battery. Then unscrew the old battery screws one by one and carefully save each screw.
- Remove the old battery, carefully install the new battery on the battery case, screw in the screw, and connect the wiring of the new battery.

I was having some issues with the power on my Dell Precision laptop. It's an older model and I have used it for a while, then the battery stopped charging. If I unplugged the cord it would shut down, which definitely reduces the advantage of a laptop.This didn't fix the problem, but I am happy with the purchase. It holds a charge while I can move the computer. I don't have reboot it every time.

I followed all instructions on the battery sheet and did the discharge and recharge and battery is working even better than the original one, it is an lg battery according to the dell software and it claims to be original for this model, so all in all it works flawless and install was quick (i am a tech, but this laptop is super easy to work on)

Received 2 days ago, this battery has been in use for less than 48 hours. I have no idea how it will work over time. That said: The old battery was completely dead. This came well-boxed and is an exact fit for a Dell Precision 5520. I charged it to 100%, let the laptop drain it completely, then recharge to 100%, and repeat. This performed as mentioned in the instructions to calibrate the computer to the battery for monitoring purposes. Keeping the laptop at maximum draw it lasted over 12 hours before being drained completely.With this initial result, I am encouraged this is a strong battery that will function well. Only time will tell how well it holds up under normal use. Thus far, 5 stars on all counts.

The battery fit perfectly and works. I'm calibrating it to the Dell laptop and will have to wait until time passes to see if it maintains its operational use satisfactorily. I plan to order another one for my other laptop.

I bought this battery a year ago and now it literally last five minutes and right from the start it never had the capacity of the original.The years old battery it replaced was still operating better than that when I replaced it with this piece of junk.Save your money and buy a better brand because this battery is not worth the money or effort to install it.

Unfortunately the battery did not work in my Dell (XPS 15 9570) and I ordered a battery direct from the dell website shortly after. However, most importantly the customer service was one of the best experience's I have ever have. Took the initiative to reach out, incredibly fast response time, and engaged in professional conversation (actually listed) to try and troubleshoot the problem, but offered a refund/new battery when troubleshooting didn't work.Looking at other reviews for their products, I'm now rather confident that I just got unlucky with one faulty battery that accidently made it through quality check.I REALLY wish more companies had customer service of this level. I will purchase from them in the future.
