My regular peelers don't cut a wide enough strip of citrus peel for my cocktails. This one does a better job. I've gotten a few things from A Bar Above and their products are good.

This is nice a sharp do I can Perl orange rind for cocktails. Nice peeler.

Decent quality "Y" peeler with a blade that actually works for making cocktail garnishes.Most vegetable peelers make thin slices that aren't ideal for cocktails, since a citrus strip that doesn't have at least a little pith on the back of the skin will just break when you try to express it.This peeler makes slices that are just right for garnishes.Only 4 stars because the construction is good, but not great, the value for price paid IS great though.

This citrus peeler is very sharp and excellent for zesting lemons for limoncello! Only the yellow rind ( without the pith) is used. It worked great on thin-skinned Meyer lemons! The price is right, too.

I got this in no time. It really lifts my bar skills in preparing drinks requiring a peel of citrus in one’s drink.

I have purchased and appreciate the quality of many of The Bar Above products; but this peeler is not at all what I expected. Its light weight handle not only feels cheap, it is quite small. Additionally, its claim is to cut thicker citrus peels to allow one to emit citrus oils; but it is no different than others designed to be remove minimal vegetable skin; not designed for those who creatively garnish and serve great tasting cocktails. .

It works, but I will have to replace it with a heavy duty product. It is not easy to use.
