Use a very small flat head screwdriver to make a gap between the bucket and the wheel. Use a larger one to pry the wheel up. Remove wheel. Place new wheel in the hole in the bucket. Gently pound the top of the wheel to seat the wheel in the mop bucket. Glides across the floor way better than the original wheels ever did. Very happy with the purchase, lost track of how many buckets went to the landfill because they steered like a tank.
