Well constructed and sturdy. You definitely need to uncoil all the hose in order to install two of the bolts and even still it's a bit difficult to get one of them. It was a lot easier once we swapped out the hardware with hex head lag screws so we could use a wrench. Highly recommend buying some number 10 hex head lag screws to go with the anchors included. Since installed it's working very well and I see no reason why it won't continue to do so. I mounted mine in the ceiling in my garage and it does exactly what I hope it would.6mo. Update - Hose ruptures in several places during tire rotation today

I purchased this on April 16th, installed in May and the thing broke by June... Emailed the customer support, multiple times, no response.This is a quick way to waste $100 when they won't stand behind the product.

Nice heavy duty hose and reel but the recoil spring broke the first day, it winds up 75% of the hose, the rest I have to do by hand. It was a Christmas present so the return date has already passed
