I've been using these dental tools on my dog's teeth for about 2 weeks. I started as the instructions suggest, by using my finger to touch and rub my dog's teeth (I have doggy toothpaste that I use). Then, I used the scraper tools gently on his canine teeth, which are the easiest to reach. After he was used to the feeling of the metal tools on his teeth, I turned on the ultrasonic dental cleaner and gently touched his tooth. It made a bit of a high-pitched sound, but my dog wasn't startled by it, and he stayed lying down beside me. Then, I moved the tool gently back and forth across one of his molars that has a lot of tartar on it. I know it will take a few sessions to get the tartar off, and I will go slowly, so I don't scare him.I'm very pleased with the quality of the tools. The ultrasonic tool is lightweight in my hand and easy to hold, and the built-in light makes it easy to see what I'm doing.I had a couple of questions about the product before I used it and the support team replied to my emails promptly. Great service to go with a great product. I'm glad this is the one I chose.

Gave as a gift to my niece who has two labradoodles. After calming them down with treats for a couple weeks, she was able to start cleaning with the instrument. She says it's high quality and is doing a great job. The trick is to calm the pets with plenty of treats for a couple weeks until they get used to it, then hold their head up and pull up the upper lip to expose the teeth. Her husband did this while she used the probe. She's very happy with it and will save $$$ on cleaning. Would definitely buy again and highly recommends.

It was instructed to charged. Then it turned green meaning ready to use but still not able so I continued charging. It’s been an hour still not working. I followed instruction charged 2 hours which I did still not working. So frustrated, I ordered replacement still the same. I have to return. Now the issue I did not use both as it was not working. It said I will get refund after 30 days from time I shipped and depending on bank additional 7 days. Amazon what’s going on. Keeping money for so long! Why?

Amazing product. I was able to get all my poodles tarter off in 2 sessions and it didn’t seem that uncomfortable to her outside of having her mouth open

Make sure to turn it sideways, and break it up into 2 sessions. First session dissolves the bond, second one actually removes the stain.. sometimes the whole piece falls out

I was amazed at this 10$ item. I thought there would be no way it would work this well. I should have taken pics before I started but these are midway through. I was working on 3 teeth as you can see I cleaned the first and had a couple stubborn spots so I moved on. Same with second big tooth and cleaned front half then back half. Went back got the two stubborn spots along with middle part and finally the very back molar. Amazing job.This was on my 8 year old standard poodle who has good teeth. I adopted him at almost five years old and took him for a professional dental at almost 6 years old. I started messing with his mouth right away along with ears and eyes to condition him. He does amazing. This would not be for every dog. I just have two awesome dogs that allow this. I cleaned my 3 year old standard mouth completely but she has very little plaque to begin with.His was getting pretty bad in the two short years after the vet cleaned his teeth but this tool really works. Definitely a five star for this one however one flaw and it is a pain. How I hold the tool constantly changes the power level as well as turning the unit off. They really need to move that part up closer to the top of the unit. It is a real pain. However I feel for 10$ and the job it did was simply amazing! And deserves the five stars.This won’t keep me from getting professional cleaning by a vet but it will keep them from having anesthesia every year especially as they age. With brushing and this tool they wont have to have the vet clean them as often. Much easier on my pets and my pocketbook as well.It is a bit awkward at times and I gave the male many many breaks. It’s constant pulling the lips away etc so I feel they need a lot of breaks. I did only one side of his mouth and only those three teeth were loaded with tarter and plaque. His other teeth was just a quick light go over and I didn’t do much with his bottom teeth either. So it is a slow process. My 3 year old female was a light go over her whole mouth. No issues at all.

I've been slowly introducing this ultrasonic tool to my medium-size cattle dog before I brush his teeth with an old Sonicare toothbrush and enzymatic toothpaste. He is learning to be patient and stay still so I can clean the tartar off his teeth. We usually only get one tooth cleaned per session, but we've made good progress.I started using the Sonicare toothbrush with my dog when he was young, so he isn't very disturbed by the ultrasonic cleaner noise. He's accustomed to a loud dremel for his toenails, so this is actually much quieter than the dremel. This ultrasonic teeth-cleaning tool works great and holds a charge for a long time.
