This is the fourth or fifth one I’ve owned. If you use them a lot they break down in stages. First to go is the resistance to the roll. But you don’t really need that. As long as you roll the thing back and forth, that’s what counts.The reason for the three stars instead of five is that the shipment didn’t include the handles. But as I already have handles from an earlier purchase, it’s not worth the trouble to return the unit or even bother to complain to receive new handles.Wherever these handles ended up, I’m sure it’s helping someone out. And it’s all good here.

Some plastic inside the ab roller started breaking during my second use. The rubber on the wheels is not perfectly round making it more difficult to roll out and return. It’s not smooth to operate and just not a quality product.
