The ab roller is ok but if I had more time to return the item /product I would because the black rubber doesn't say in place I been shopping from Amazon for a while I wish someone would reach out

I work out with ab roller wheels at the gym and picked up the GODBOD Ab Roller Wheel so I could also have an ab roller to use at home. The wheel is relatively low. At least for me, when stretched out and starting to return to the starting position, the lower wheels seem to take more effort than taller wheels. But if I want less intensity or need to reduce the strain on my back, I simply don’t stretch out as far. But with a lower wheel, I have options for more intensity if desired.The GODBOG Ab Roller Wheel feels sturdy, and the ergonomic handles are slightly more comfortable than straight, bar-type handles on other ab rollers I’ve used. The GODBOD ab roller has unusual rolling characteristics – the wheel is hard to turn until weight is place on it, after which is rolls freely. The wheel I have also rattles, I’m not sure if something happened inside of the wheel, or if this is normal behavior. The rattling does not seem to affect the functioning of the wheel. The website also indicates, “Built-in rebound functionality assists in guiding the roller back to the starting position, reducing strain on your back and making core training more effective and accessibleâ€, but I’ve not noticed anything different returning to the starting position than the plain vanilla wheels I’ve used at the gym.I like the workout intensity options this wheel provides and it does its job, but I also find the rattling and the lack of the claimed “rebound functionality†a bit off-putting.

I’ve owned abdominal wheels in the past, but this is the first one where it’s a big fat wheel with a rounded bevel on it, and that has been a great quality of life change. It enables you to curve and turn and change angles to hit obliques more than you could on a normal one. Build quality seems great, I’m over 200 pounds and it’s function well for me this whole time.
