The double wheel gives this ab roller more stability than single wheel models. The handles are comfortable and they withstand a large load. I'm 6'1" and 225 pounds and I've been using this unit for weeks and it's solid.One caveat that has NOTHING to do with the quality or utility of this Ab wheel is that ab roll outs are a TOUGH exercise. It will introduce you to core and low back stabilizer muscles you didn't know you had. I've been doing ab roll outs for 3 months under the watchful eye of a professional physical therapist for back problems diagnosed via MRI and a spine specialist. If you are older, out of shape and/or have not done ab exercises in a while, consult an accredited trainer/medical professional prior to use. When you start, GO SLOW. I had been doing 40 minutes on a crunch bench for 6+ months and it did NOTHING to prepare me for the Ab wheel. I could not do sets of three fully horizontal. It took me 8 weeks to work up to 5 sets of ten. It really helps my lower back along with other prescribed stretching and planks.At the gym, I use a 10 or 15 pound EZ-bar because it's wide enough to accommodate my gym mat. I use this Ab wheel at home on my carpet. One suggestion I would make for the Ab wheel folks would be to make a wider version of this useful ab work out device so the wheels go outside a standard exercise mat. I might even make a small version of this unit with the wheels on the OUTSIDE for even more stability.I like this compact exercise device. It's well made, works as advertised and as long as you understand that this is not an inherently simple exercise, you will gain low back and core strength. But be smart, get professional advice prior to beginning if you are older or have back problems and GO SLOW.

I got this in May 2016 and it is the best exercise equipment for the least money I ever got. I wanted to strengthen my abs and core but hate doing sit ups. So I got this and it's really great. I think I could only do 5 the first time I tried it. Now I can do 55. It's great for the abs and lower back. I'm 55 and my son who is 24 and does tons of sit ups was surprised how few reps he could do with the ab wheel. He assumed it was easy since I do so many. Now he's going to buy one. The great thing about this ab wheel is the friction free rotation. I was at a hotel and the ab wheel there had a lot of friction which made using it very difficult. The double wheels are really good for stability. Now I've got to try using it from a standing position which is really hard.JT

I basically like this product. I use ab roller wheels from a standing, not kneeling position, so I want a roller that is stable. I began with buying the basic ab wheel roller with one wheel, which was ok, not great, and not very stable, and one side of the wheel cracked from the stress on it (it's made out of plastic). This is much more stable, and the I think the wheels on this will not crack, either. So, that's the good. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4, but I think the wheels themselves are a bit small in circumference. I do use the Perfect Fitness Ab Carver Pro at my gym. It is a more substantial wheel roller. I almost bought it instead of this one. I still may buy that one. I wanted to try this one first, and may just decide to have two. Perfect Fitness's has a little different technology to it, it has resistance going out, and assists on the return. I am undecided about the return assist.This is less expensive than the Perfect Fitness roller, and still a better choice than your basic one wheel plastic ab roller wheel.

I've been using this wheel for 2 years now. On average 2 hours of use a week and it's still working great.

After my husband got in the habit of using his daughter's ab roller during a visit there, I decided to buy him one for home. He says he's very pleased with this one. The one his daughter has has treads like a car tire and he said he could feel the texture as he rolled, thumpthumpthump, and he found that annoying. I don't know why other manufacturers consider the textured wheels necessary. My guy has used this on the hardwood and on a rug and it grips fine despite its smoothness.My health is bad and I can't handle being around cheap stinky plastics and rubbers- the fumes make me feel sick. So I was pleased to find this is fairly non-fumy. There was a bit of rubber smell when it first came out of the wrapper but I left it out on the porch a couple days and now it's utterly odorless. They must use decent quality materials.As for the general concept of ab rollers, please do be careful and limit your range of motion according to your ability. I'm sure that one could irritate their rotator cuffs pretty badly if they got too aggressive too soon. But if you ease in gradually it seems to be a good option for developing real world applicable core strength, way better than crunches & hanging leg raises. It's like a plank but taken to the next level (If you don't currently plank, you likely should, before advancing to one of these) sort of combined with a pullover.

Let me explain:Due to chronic military and firefighting injuries I can't get on my knees and roll out with these ab wheels, so I use them on the table top while standing. For some reason two other styles of these wheels had zero effect when used like that ~ and this is me with flab abs and way too much excess weight! I figured even doing this on the wall standing up straight would break a sweat!Well, I decided to give Elite Sports ab wheel a go as I have other Elite Sports equipment and I find them quite sturdy and well made.(Translation: so far my kids can't seem to destroy Elite equipment! Clearly someone engineers these with a working knowledge of young children!)I also appreciated that this ab wheel is more compact, which makes it easier to store and to take when travelling.When the ab wheel arrived I gave it a go using the kitchen table and... FEEL THE BURN! Instant results! My ab muscles were horrified to discover they couldn't slack off any longer. Hooray!And the ab wheel is still going strong even after being kidnapped a dozen times by the bairns, that to me says, "Five Stars for sure!" :-)

Delivered on time. Have been using it for a week now and can definitely feel the benefits already. The wheel is a good size to fit in a gym bag, I take mine all the time. It’s very well made and smooth because of the rubber used, works well on both carpet and hard floors. The video on the website is also very helpful and gives some good tips for how to use. Overall a great product at a very reasonable price, one of my best fitness equipment purchases.

Item is in good condition and no assembling was needed, it is a small item so easy to store in or outside of the box, it is comfortable to hold and was good for my back pain, it makes no noise. My only downside is I think it is a little expensive.

I ordered 3 items from Elite Sportz and every single item recieved look like its been used. The item was dirty and had marks on them.As soon as i opened the box and taken the ab wheel out, there were brown dust all around the wheel looks like someone used it before somewhere and put back in the box.Also the plastic handle looks like it might snap when you start rolling out so not sure it will last that long. Not sure whether to keep the product or return, as this product has many high reviews saying it's quality.
