I recently purchased the Ab Roller Wheel set, and I’m very pleased with it, especially considering the price. This set offers great value, including not only the Ab Roller Wheel itself but also two additional handgrips for strengthening my grip and a small knee pad for cushioning.The Ab Roller Wheel arrived disassembled, but putting it together was quick and easy. The instructions were clear, and I had it ready to use in no time.Being a bit out of shape currently, I'm starting with easier variations of the ab rollouts. My goal is to gradually increase the difficulty and extend my range of motion as my core strength improves. Even with the modified exercises, I can feel it working my core, and I'm hopeful that with consistent use, I'll see significant improvement.One of the unexpected bonuses of this set is the hand exercisers. As someone who spends a lot of time typing, I often experience hand pain. After using these exercisers, I've noticed a significant reduction in discomfort. I especially appreciate the adjustable resistance dial on each grip, which allows me to progressively increase the challenge.Overall, I highly recommend this Ab Roller Wheel set. It's a fantastic investment in your fitness and offers excellent value for the price. If you’re considering adding a core workout tool to your home gym, I encourage you to give this a try. This is a simple product. Unpack it, put handle on rod, put rod into wheel, put other handle on rod. Done. Using it is fantastic, but makes me wish I had kept up on my core strength a bit sooner 😄. While shopping for this roller, I did see others that had some sort of resistance mechanism inside. This doesn't have that, it's just a free wheel that will spin until you stop it. I don't know if there is any positive or negative aspects to that, but just fyi. It did also come with 2 adjustable grip strength... handles? I'm not sure what the name is for those. Those are fine. They can be adjusted up to 60kg, and while plastic seem to be durable enough for real use.

Super easy to assemble and rolls freely. I have been using this with a sit ups app and my one ab is feeling the burn. It's actually more compact that it appears in the picture, but is almost perfect. The one thing about it that is a little wonky is that the handles to start to slip off with use. They're easily pushed back on, but it can be mildly annoying. For the money, however, this provides just as good of a workout as the ab dolly we lost in the hurricane.

This really didn’t do the job for me. The wheel slides back-and-forth on the handle which becomes distracting while using I spent half the time focusing on keeping the wheel in the center, and not getting the benefit of the exercise.

I got this to improve my workout. The hand grips are nice to keep around the desk. While they do go up to 50kg, only time will tell how long the plastic grips will last. The roller is amazing at really working out the upper abs. It comes with a foam pad, but I never used it. Recommend.

This is a basic ab wheel which is an easy-to-use fitness tool. There are plenty of videos online showing different exercises we can do with it. The instructions included are alright (descriptions of workouts could be a little better.) Two handgrip strengtheners are included which is nice along with the knee pad. Assembly is simple, slide the metal bar through the wheel and insert the grips on the ends. I do encourage users to watch some videos to ensure they are using good techniques. Stretching beforehand is very important and there are some cautions in regards to rolling.

Before this ab roller I was using a basic ab roller made by "golds gym" and this one is much better than that one. The larger and wider wheel at the middle really made a difference when you use it. Your core feels much more sturdy and comfortable because you're able to stretch more due to the wider wheel. The hand muscle workout thing included was a nice touch. Overall I would recommend this product.
