I bought this for my teens workout room because they wanted to build their abs up. I have to boys and 1 girl using it for almost a month now and you can definitely see the progress. They have a lot of fun working out on this machine. You can work your sides as well which is awesome. I love seeing my kids get fit and stay healthy while having fun doing it. It was for easy to put together and he have had no issues as far as it tipping over. It is made pretty sturdy to hold a good amount of weight as well. Thank you for such a fun workout machine.

I love this machine because it intentionally working the stomach muscle. I am seeing the results showing by the end of the year I will be having six something no exercise or machine could do in 25 years.

Definitely easy to put together and does a great job working your upper abs. I am pretty tall so I do wish this could be adjusted for taller people.

I’ve been using this machine for over a week now. I do atleast 100-150 a day and I can feel it working. The next day my abs are sore! Great machine at a great cost!

Disappointed at this. It doesn't support much weight. This is not what was sent to me! LCD is different from what I ordered. I noticed it after I had already unpacked and set it up! LCD counter doesn't display

It was hard at first ,But after a few times it got easier . I am56 yrs. Old 4'11" 145 lbs. Most of my weight is in my belly. I can't do sit ups so this works great for me. I can tell that it works. I can feel it in what little muscles I still have in my belly. Thank you for this amazing little machine. Easy to store

My husband got this to workout on after spending loads of time figuring out how to get the hand rests to the top we noticed how damaged it was no way it came out of the factory damaged like this it has scrapes all over tear in the hand rests and looks like greasy stuff on it probably sweat oilsWe arnt returning yet but for 90 bucks for a used product HELL NO
