Got the mute but it was not a trombone mute as advertised. Fits on a trumpet but cracks on the bottom register. No good!!!

Don't buy for a trombone.The description is incorrect, so three stars. I returned it no hassle.This does not fit a trombone, it falls out. It's clearly for a trumpet.It seemed well made and looks like it would be a great TRUMPET mute.

I would give this zero stars if i could. Not as described, this is a trumpet mute. This does not fit a trombone bell.
