LOVE this pillow. Helps me when I had an hysterectomy and I still use it for my laptop pillow or use it to watch tv by laying down on the sofa. Very soft and they have pockets for my hands to stay warmmmmm. I absolutely love it. I am glad to buy this.

This pillow is amazing & worth every penny. I purchased this before having a hysterectomy & I don’t know what I would have done without it. This makes it possible for me to go up stairs more easily, take walks, and sit comfortably in the car without the seatbelt hurting. It’s also helpful for the post-anesthesia breathing/coughing exercises & laying down. The pockets for heat & ice are perfect. A heating pad also fits perfectly behind the pillow. The pockets are helpful for carrying things while needing extra support going up stairs. The straps are very comfortable & adjustable. There are also small handles on the side which are great when I need to brace the pillow. Cannot recommend highly enough. I told all my doctors about it in hopes that they suggest future patients purchase one for their surgery.

If you're like me and you're off medication, this pillow is foryou. It hugs in the right places if you laugh or cough. The front pocket worked for my phone. I certainly recommend it to others. Take to the hospital, in the car on your way home and as you're walking around the house and relaxing in bed or sofa. Works great!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but since I found them so helpful for picking this out for my surgery, I felt compelled to leave one of my own!This pillow was a really great item to have during recovery. I've had a few abdominal surgeries before my hysterectomy, and I just wish I'd found this sooner! I had my gallbladder removed earlier this year and it would've been great to have.It was SUPER helpful to have on the car ride home from the hospital. As someone who has done that trip without a pillow and now with this one -- it's worth it just for that!My favorite thing, though, was that I was able to sleep in my bed the first night home by wearing this. I'm primarily a side sleeper and even if I try to stay on my back, I inevitably end up on my side during the night. By wearing this to sleep (with the neck and waist straps on), it kept me from turning all the way over but let me at least get a bit of a turn to stay comfortable.I used it almost every day for the first two weeks post-op. It was great to have the light weight on my chest/stomach and it was a convenient height to prop my phone or kindle on! Now it's a nice cuddle pillow haha.I don't remember there being much of a smell when it first arrived, but I'd still suggest getting it at least a few days prior so you can take it out of the plastic and let it air out if you're sensitive to smells.It's very soft and squishy but the padding is dense enough that it holds its shape well. The adjustable straps are also comfortable, and I was able to sleep with them on.

I just had surgery on my lady parts, and this pillow is really helping when I’m laying on the couch and need to get up or cough. It helps so much just to hug and let me lay down to sleep for the first time in four nights instead of sleeping in a recliner couch. The thing that I’m kind of disappointed about is the pocket on the front came stretched out, so it’s useless to hold my phone or remote :( the first picture is of the back pocket where you can put the hot/cold thing it comes with (I’ve been putting a 3.5L hot water bottle in there and it fits just fine)- but that pocket is perfect and not stretched out at all.Overall, would recommend if you’re recovering from surgery.

Ordered this for my sister post hysto surgery. She got it last night. Called today to tell me she would be having a much harder time and much more pain without this pillow! For reference she is size 1x-2x. Best part for her is being able to ride in the car with the seatbelt over the pillow. Gives great support for bending over, laughing, and coughing. Grateful this product was available for her recovery.

This pillow is a must have if you have had any type of open abdominal surgery whether it is a c- section, hysterectomy or any other reason. It is so soft. It is great when you are in the car and can put your seatbelt over it so the belt isn’t on your surgical incision. The quality is worth every penny. It is easy to use and it will get a lot of use. The case comes off to wash it when needed. Definitely would highly recommend to anyone. I even sleep with mine.

This pillow has been with me everywhere I go since having my hysterectomy. This is my favorite purchase of all the items I purchased in preparation for surgery. The pillow is extremely soft, the perfect size, and lightweight to carry with you everywhere. Definitely bring it with you to the hospital! I almost left it then was reminded to go back to get it. This pillow has been my safety blanket!Every time I needed to cough, sneeze, use the bathroom, bare down etc.this pillow has been needed. It has made those tasks less painful. I sleep with it, take it with me on car rides and more. I highly recommend getting it if you’re having a hysterectomy or a similar procedure. You will be glad that you did!
