This pillow was a true blessing when I injured my knee. For a while, my knee was so sore, I couldn’t tolerate laying with my legs out straight because the knee hurt so bad. I needed something to put behind the knee to keep it in a slightly bent position to relieve the pain. This pillow worked perfectly. The material is nice and soft and didn’t irritate the skin on the back of my knee, and it kept the knee perfectly positioned to relive the pain and allow me to sleep comfortably. Now that my knee is better, I don’t need the pillow for that anymore, but I keep it on the bed anyway because I love the way it looks and the encouraging words printed on it. This pillow looks good and feels good.

Odor was unpleasant at first, but has improved. They are a little stiff for neck use, but work well for under knees/behind back.

This has helped my sister immensely. She suffers with sever sciatica, and use this every night. She has to sleep on her back and can't get comfortable with any other pillow under her legs because they change form. This stays put, moves with her when she shifts positions, and the form never changes shape, so it is consistently supportive. It's such a help for her!FYI, she's a very tiny person (4' 7" and 85 pounds), and we were quite surprised that this is small enough to work well for her. If you're a larger person, this might be too small for you.

I do like this pillow. It works great to support my lower back or neck while in a chair watching a movie. I also use it for sleeping, either between my legs or under my lower back. The only problem I have with it is the smell. I am usually not the one to complain about it and I have heard of other people complain about an odoriferous new pillow smell that I have never experienced ....However, I received a pillow that after opening it, it stunk up the whole room to the point where even my wife noticed and thought something was mouldy. I thought it might air out after a day or two, but it has been over a week now and the smell has lessened, but not gone away. It is currently sitting outside because the smell is still very strong. I did note that the foam is made of polyurethane and says it can't be washed, so that is probably the bad smell. Hopefully, the smell goes away or you get a better pillow delivered than I.

I'm always on the search for comfortable pillows and bolsters for sleeping because of musculoskeletal issues. I needed a new knee pillow and ordered this. So far so good. It's a good firmness and size and has server the purpose.

My wife, 78, is slowly recuperating from a three-fracture break of her humerus at the shoulder knob which did not require surgery. The recovery has been long and painful, primarily since she has had a coccyx (tailbone) issue since a childhood injury that prevents her from sleeping on her back without pain, and her shoulder prevents her from sleeping on her side. She spent the first months of her recovery sleeping in a recliner before she was far enough into recovery to try getting back into our bed.My wife's physical therapist has her flat on her back with a bolster under her knees for certain exercises, which she can do without experiencing pain. At home we tried rolled towels, wedges, and pillows trying to duplicate the knee lift, with little success. When I saw this Mylifesion half-bolster with a flat bottom I immediately ordered it as a possible solution to my wife's inability to get decent sleep in bed.The item comes in a plastic bag with the memory foam completely squeezed tight. After freeing it from the plastic it takes between 24 to 48 hours to reinflate. Although it has only been used four nights so far, it has allowed her to get a good night's sleep without back pain, and with her knees on the bolster it prevents her from trying to turn onto her shoulder while sleeping.The one issue that keeps this from being an immediate 5-star review is that my wife has complained about an odor the item gives off. I never fully recovered my sense of smell after Covid, but she has always had a super sensitive nose. At her request I have banished the item to the porch during the day to see if the odor will go away. If it does, I will be back to award the fifth star.

The MYLIFESION Memory Foam Bolster Knee Pillow measures 20 × 7.8 × 4.8 inches. The pillow arrives compressed, but expands immediately upon opening. The first thing I noticed is the positive words on the soft removable cover. I actually like this aspect because most leg pillows are a solid color cover, so this is a nice change from the norm. This bolster pillow can be used in multiple positions...ankle/knee/back support, between the legs, or just to rest your head on. It helps with leg elevation, which in turn helps with swelling and blood flow. It is also helpful to ease pain in knees, hip and back. Overall, this is an affordable, well-made and good quality memory foam pillow.
