The actual product is very nice. The decorative part on the top outside came off, but it fine. It dies not stop flower drying. I plan to glue it. What did I do wrong. I did everything in the directions. I even covered it with a plastic bag over it as other suggested. I am on round two, this time without the bag. What are some tricks I can do to keep the flowers true color. The flowers were red, pink and white. Also, where can I get all the different type of papers, spong and cardboard. Please help.

I like how the top and bottom are “open.†It allows the moisture to evaporate.

Flower press🌸- large and comes with lots of accessories. Was pleased with the tools and how easy it is to set up. The instructions have pictures but seem incomplete, as they list what is included but there were some items not addressed. The manual says you can make stationary and includes envelopes and film and glue but no notecards. The instructions say to put the press inside a sealed plastic bag for several days, but it doesn’t include one, so that could be inconvenient if you don’t have one big enough on hand. Overall, I was very impressed with this and I would recommend it.

Really cool little craft item! I collect flowers on walks with my kiddo and like to preserve them. This little pressing kit came with a lot of items for crafting!**HOWEVER: preserving in this method will eventually lead to the flora to get dull in color. If you want to retain the most color, I'd recommend using a microwave flower press! I found this out after getting this press and then doing research.... lol

Very large flower pressing book. Heavy duty. Looks so nice and would be a great gift. Works just as described, comes with everything you need to get started.

My granddaughter and I enjoy doing crafty projects together. Now that the school year is wrapping up, I'm busy lining up fun stuff with which to fill up her summer and expand her understanding of the world around her. This Aboofx 15.7" x 11.8" Extra Large Flower Press Kit is a lovely component to creating wonderful memories with her, and lovely gifts for ourselves and others.What I like:~ Super Large Size: I had a small flower press years ago that served me well, but there never seemed to be enough space for all the flowers I wanted to press together. (We have a lot of flower garden patches in our yard.) I'd always hoped for a larger one and, at almost 16" x 12", this one should serve us well!~ Slotted Wooden Pressing Plates: This is pretty genius, as it allows more airflow for faster pressing, while providing adequate support for the interior pressing materials. The gold embossed decoration is a nice touch that will enhance our experience.~ Everything we need to start pressing is included; blotting & lining sheets, sponge & cardboard plates, trimming & prep tools, and 4 sturdy hook & loop straps to hold it all together. I really like the straps and think they'll be superior to the customary screw-in fasteners.~ Also included are some lovely crafting items to get started on simple projects; 2 vials of alcohol glue, two brushes, some cute transparent canning jar bookmark sheets, colorful blank paper bookmarks, laminating sheets, glassine envelopes for storing pressed flowers, and colorful envelopes for handmade greeting cards.~ A pictorial, easy-to-follow instruction book is included that contains not only pressing instructions, but also simple project directions for the included crafting project items.The only issue I've encountered so far is that one tube of alcohol glue appears to have leaked out and dried in a hard blob along the outside. It doesn't appear to have leaked onto anything else, so I've placed both glue tubes inside a small zippered bag for security.This is a really lovely, comprehensive flower pressing kit that is beginner-friendly and durable. I'm really happy that I ordered this Aboofx 15.7" x 11.8" Extra Large Flower Press Kit and recommend it highly!

I really love how big this flower press it! I've struggled to find one large enough to handle really large plants (like fern fronds), but this is large enough you can press almost anything with it. It's easy to use out of the box and includes literally everything you need to get started, plus some fun extras like lamination film and bookmarks to create your own craft projects. The press itself is well-constructed and really pretty. It's a great deal for the price, and would make a fantastic gift for anyone who's interested in getting started in this hobby.

The Aboofx Extra Large Flower Press Kit is hands down the best flower pressing kit I’ve ever used! The 15.7" x 11.8" size is perfect for pressing larger flowers and leaves, and the 8 layers allow me to work on multiple projects at once. What I love most are the thoughtful accessories that come with it, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. The quality of the wooden press is outstanding, and everything you need is included in the kit. This is a must-have for anyone passionate about DIY pressed flower art. Highly recommended!
