How to Engrave - Just choose the "Customize Now" button and enter your text. TIPS FOR CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY:
* To maintain the integrity of the cap’s seal, do not place the pendant directly in water.
* To clean the pendant, simply wipe it occasionally with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using cleaning chemicals other than small amounts of soap on your pendant.
* When not wearing your pendant, store it in a container of some sort that is placed in a cool, dry place. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching.

My dog had to be put to sleep the Monday before Thanksgiving, and I was devastated. I found this necklace a few days later and immediately knew this is what I was looking for, for remembrance of him. The necklace came quickly, the name engraved was spelled perfectly, and the picture is amazing. The chain and pendants are heavy duty won't break easily. I've been wearing my necklace everyday since I got it, only taking it off to shower and it hasn't snagged or pulled or separated. This necklace is well worth it. I purchased the medium size so it could hold the engraved name better. I love my necklace and I'm so glad I purchased it. It's really helped me to hang onto my beloved boy.

I am very well pleased with this item. Extremely good quality and I love the insert for the ashes. I had one engraved by a local jeweler and they like it too. Very nice item.

I love that they include little tools to help scoop the ashes into the necklace, its very sleek and not heavy, comes packaged very well and includes a bag for carrying/storage. I got this for my bfs dog that passed away recently and he was in happy tears when he opened it
