Exactly what I needed for my grandparents. I used a picture and was warned it was low quality but the two necklaces I ordered were great image wise. Better quality than I imagined though the chains are a bit cheap but it’s expected. The pendants are the real stars of the show. I recommend this product. Ships from China, took around 2 weeks to arrive.

My dog of 14 years ended up having to be euthanized on new years eve. I decided I wanted a necklace for his ashes. I didn't use the chain part, I added the tear drop on my other silver chain. This thing is very heavy duty! It feels very strong. I had someone add his ashes inside as I couldn't do it. I then super glued the bottom screw piece so it cannot back out. I definitely recommend buying this! I love it! They engraved his name on it. It's beautiful

i received my package and was very hopeful based on the reviews instead of putting what i customized to be engraved for the name they put the name of the font i chose “Antic Slab†very disappointed the photo is wonderful but i cant use this at all

I absolutely love the detail involved in the picture, it's perfect. I miss my sweet girl and this was a perfect likeness, and it's not too heavy and it's subtle and I am so pleased. It was so easy to get her ashes in. Highly recommend!

Was tricky getting my dogs ashes inside of it but once I did, it’s very durable. The picture engraved looks exactly like the picture I submitted. I love this necklace. Definitely worth the price.
