The tracking is a little funky and the necklace is a little smaller than I thought but overall it is beautifully made they did well with the picture and the name/dates. Would order again sometime!

Absolutely love the picture it turned out great, as well as the engraving, however I have had it for 4 days and it is already having paint chip away off of the engraving side. Pretty upsetting when this is supposed to be a memorial for your fur baby.
