Product Description
An adapter dongle designed to connect our UIS controllers to grow lights from other manufacturers. The Type-B adapter works only with grow lights with RJ11 and RJ12 connectors that use resistor dimmers; see below for compatibility list. By connecting your lighting fixture to one of our controllers, you can automate it with light cycles, scheduling, and dynamic responses to temperature and humidity. It will also join the UIS platform of smart controllers and grow equipment, all working together to create the ideal environment for your plants. Our WiFi-enabled smart controllers allow you to monitor and control your grow on your phone from anywhere while providing data charts and alert notifications via the AC Infinity app. Once your first light has connected to the controller, you can control additional RJ11 or RJ12 connector lights using that manufacturer's daisy chain method. Includes a 10-foot RJ11/12 extension cord. Compatible with our controllers with UIS connectors like CONTROLLER 69, CONTROLLER 69 WiFi, CONTROLLER 69 PRO, and Controller AI+. An additional UIS device is required to power the controller.
Light Compatibility
Most RJ11 and RJ12 connector grow lights using the resistor dimming standards can work with the Type-B lighting adapter. However, each light manufacturer's dimming protocol is different so some may have a limited dimming range with our controllers. Lights that have spectrum control or utilize a PWM or voltage protocol are not compatible. See our other lighting adapters or the UIS control plug if your light is not compatible. A firmware update via the AC Infinity app may be required for your UIS controller to work with this dongle. Compatible lights include, but are not limited to:
- CHILLED - GROWCRAFT Series that are compatible with their Push-Lock Dimmer to RJ12 Adapter (Model GC-DIM-TM-RJ12-1).
- HLG - All models with RJ 0-10V Dimming box, including those with Inventronics drivers.
- MARS - FC, FC-E, SP, and TS Series Models with MOSO/MEANWELL drivers. See our Type-A adapter if your model has a MARS driver.
- MIGRO - ARAY Series
- SPIDER - SE and SF Series Models with MOSO/MEANWELL drivers. See our Type-A adapter if your model has a SPIDER driver.

This type b adapter does work great with my acinfity 69 controller but be aware that dimming will work with my ts3000 dimmer but if its not on 1 or 10 it surges and kicks off and on but if you click the dimmer button out it will still control the light off and on and will let you still have manual dimming so to me its worth knowing that its on a reliable timmer system oh and if you have the earlier version ts1000 light with the shengzen driver the type b is also the correct one not the type a as it is listed with ac infinity hope this helps

Couldn't get to work with AGLEX M800 in case anyone else could use this type of info. Product seems great though will keep for future use.

Running these in two AC Infinity 5x5s. Both tents are identical in setup. Each tent has original release FC-E6500s by Mars Hydro controlled by ACI controller 69 pros with type B adapters and firmware. When running the lights above a setting of 3 they begin to cycle levels intermittently. No indication in the graphs or on the panel of this. Had I not had the tent open I would not have noticed. Replaced the adapter with another type B along with the RJ cable and even tested a type A. Nothing seems to work and on further observation it seems the adapter doesn't convert properly. A recent firmware update mase it less prevalent but it still occurs. I don't know if it's a hardware or firmware issue and will test them after any future updates, for now if you purchase one, test it thoroughly before you grow!
