I have shoulder issues. Carrying is difficult much less pumping it up. I have yet to find a backpack sprayer that doesn't hurt.This makes it a breeze. Set your pressure by pumping it up by hand and measure. Then set your regulator or use a tire inflator with a pressure indicator.

I purchased these valves with the intent of retrofitting my older non-TPMS car with an add-on aftermarket TPMS system that uses sensorized valve caps. Unfortunately, this aftermarket TPMS system, while offering real-time tire pressure display on its solar powered dashboard mounted head unit, only comes with a sensor cap that does not offer in-line air pressure adjustment. The user is forced to remove the sensor cap in order to adjust the air pressure. Otherwise, it is a very good Aftermarket TPMS system. So, my remedy for this drawback is to add a second valve to the wheel rim, allowing me to keep the sensor cap installed while able to adjust the tire pressure with the second valve. Voilá !! Problem solved.
