I didn’t expect much from the quality since it was so cheap but man did it perform well. Had a project drilling through some hard thick steel and was going through bits like crazy spending 15 minutes on each hole. This one did it in about one second.

Used these to expand a hole on some steel rock sliders for a Jeep where the hole was off ~ 1/4". Worked like a champ. Still seems to be pretty sharp and will be ready for more uses when it comes up.

Tool looks well made. Not the absolute best, but decent value for the price.

Definitely sharp. Let the bit do the work. Don't have to force it.

Cannot figure out how to have Amazon address this situation:1. This broke the first time it was used;2. I started a refund and they sent a replacement;3. Did return the broken one to an Amazon fresh location (along with two other items and received credit without issue) and;4. Still got emails saying it wasn’t returned and I would be charged if not returned;5. And was charged for it even though returned. So I don’t know what else to do besides leave review and maybe Amazon or the seller can help get this taken care of, thank you!PS: Replacement has worked just fine.PPS: I did ask for a receipt or documentation I returned it, but I was told I wouldn’t need one # : (

The fact that this reamer was tapered is why I purchased it. As I don't have a milling machine and I needed to enlarge several holes I figured this reamer would work. The holes were not bored all the way through and the reamer was too long which I thought would be the case, so I took my Dremel tool with a cut off disk and shortened the reamer to the length I wanted. After that I worked carefully and enlarged the holes to the size I wanted. Also this reamer was reasonably priced. A win, win for me.

Bought the 3/4'' to bore stainless 316 pipes and holes, tried it, loved it, then bought the 1/2'' too. Great reamer for pipes, works at all speeds and shank small enough for a handrill, cuts fast and last long even without cutting oil. I highly recommend it, good quality for the price.

These work far better than drill bits

Worked surprisingly well. Especially with some drill oil/wax. I used it on very thick, strong steel - worked well

Had to bore out 3 holes in thick steel to mount a small crane, tried other bits and techniques that didn't work well, bought this and bored out 3 holes in under 10 minutes, well worth it.
