I towed a 10,000 pound toy hauler and it worked on my 1st trip. The 2nd trip it failed and locked up fully and never unlocked. I have never had on fail this fast. Very disappointing and just past my return window 130 dollar piece of garbage.

We installed this on a 1988 Class A RV. There are no numbers on our temp gauge. The fan engages when the temperature gauge is at about 40% and cools down to about the 25%-30% mark. The temp never reaches 50%. On a cool 55-degree day in Alaska, driving 55 mph on level road, the fan ran about 35-45% of the time. Very noisy while the fan is engaged.

after 6 months and only a thousand miles this thing has locked up, it does not disengage even, going down the highway at 70 mph on a 70 degree day. The engine was not running hot either
