my bf has a 2005 pontiac grand am. this fit perfectly to replace the coolant cap. at first it may have given us pause when it wasn't smooth as butter going on. i mean, one wrong twist and you've broken another one! but he figured it out and it fit fine. for some reason his vehicle requires coolant every once and while. his car also heats up going up hills and we have to blast the hot air. i hate his car! lol. it's definitely a car one can abuse! the upholstery on the roof falls down (i stapled it), the time or station doesn't illuminate without putting my phone's flash directly on it, the turn signal occasionally makes a fast clicking noise randomly, the center console has a huge hole in it, the chairs feel tilted, the back seat is cramped as hell, it's like parking a boat, and i'm sure i'm forgetting something. what a crap car! it's good to smoke in (i complain about that too, fyi) oh i remember! the doors are so heavy and its so hard to get out of the car without grunting and major effort. anything else? that's it.

My wife's car was bubbling anti freeze back through the reservoir and out the overflow. The place where she bought the car told us it would cost about $300 to locate the problem and fix. I looked this problem up on YouTube and they said try getting a new cap. (Start cheap and go from there). Anyway, it worked! No more problems! Thanks.

Everything is going wrong with the coolant system. This was good but my wife forgot to put it back on and we needed another one. Love this crap

We have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe. My husband stopped on the highway to check his coolant level and didn't put the cap back on. None of the parts dealers in our city had one to fit. Ordered this one on a chance, it arrived 2 days later and is a perfect fit, just like Amazon said it would be. Problem solved and for 1/3 the cost of the parts store!
