I had to buy some glassine paper for my graphic design finals to protect my projects. Not only is there a TON left over to use next semester, but it cuts so smoothly. Some other glassine I've used before snags super easy, but this stuff didn't snag at all while I was cutting it. Definitely recommend.

I was whole told I had to pack my art using this kind of paper as my first layer in my boxing up and sending an oil painting

The paper was used to ship fluid acrylic, resin-topped paintings and it did exactly as it was supposed to! No nicks or smudges on the glass-like finish of the paintings.

I am very disappointed in this product. It says it protects art. It is waxpaper which should not be used for art or photograph protection. I used a 25 inch piece. I am throwing out the rest of the ten yards that I purchased. Don’t waste your money. If you want to use it for cooking, that’s fine. Not for antique art preservation.
