Prompt service from the seller and a reasonable delivery time from overseas . Price is good and this paper is excellent for pastels and coloured pencils. I use coloured pencils and what I have used of it so far, it outperfoms Pastelmat which was my "go to"paper. Pastelmat quality has deteriorated over the lasy 12-18 months and I was fed up with getting marks, and non-uniform coatings etc, so looked for an alternative. I've tried most papera available and this one was new, so it was worth a try and it is excellent so far. The packaging was disappointing though . The pad of artist paper wasn't sealed in any way and was packed "as is" in a box that was Ok in length x width but it was way too deep. A few sheets of brown paper were included which I assumed was to act as a buffer, but it had no efect at all given the size of the box. The pad obviously just banged aorund inside the box during transit and as a result the corners of the pad were a bit bent and the pad isn't perfectly flat now.
