Switch only working when raising the outboard engine, but it doesn’t lower the engine going down. This is the second switch I have replaced.

Lasted eight months under light use (occasional weekend boating). The up rocker on the switch went out, leaving us at the ramp with the motor stuck in the down position.

Down trim functionality became unusable after less than a year. I’m going OEM for 2x the spend. Get what you pay for with this product.

The only thing I like about this switch was the low price and how quickly it arrived. The quality of this switch is very poor. It’s trash and broke after it’s 2nd use. Beware......you get what you pay for!!
