I bought these to use in my office to hold a rather large amount of manuals and hardware installation instructions on an extra desk top. They get the job done very well; I’m not ever worried about the bookends slipping or not managing the weight. They look great and I’m very pleased with the value.

Much better than standard bookends for some applications. I had an old rustic bookcase and wanted to use small screws to attach these bookends and it worked great and added about 4 inches of book storage per shelf. Sturdy steel construction. Removed one more star because I wish it were even heavier gauge steel to allow even less flex, but the amount now is acceptable.

I’m using these as a shelf extender for off the top of my headboard for my projector. They are the perfect size and seem sturdy, light weight, and the grips on the bottom protect the wall. So far very happy

Nice and tall but bend easily. NOT for heavy books. Perhaps a large collection of periodicals.

Ich habe zwischenzeitlich schon mehrere Buch stützen bestellt und wieder zurück geschickt. Grund: sie waren alle letztlich zu schwach um große Bücher (mehrere) zu halten. Die Bücher sind immer wieder umgekippt.Auch diese Stützen sind insgesamt für große Bücher aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich geeignet. Ich behalte sie dennoch, weil sie Bohrungen haben um sie zu verschrauben. Damit ist dann definitiv Abhilfe geschafft bezüglich Instabilität.Die Verarbeitungsqualität erscheint in Ordnung zu sein.
