Everybody always says i need a tip jar at my store. I've resisted but what the heck.I've heard of people stealing these right off the counter which makes me shake my head. I'm gonna screw this thing to the wall! I've gotten a few rather nice tips so I guess we'll see how it goes.It looks pretty nice and not tacky at all. I'm not crazy about the lock but I'm a Locksmith so I believe i can just change it. If I lose the keys it literally takes like 10 seconds to pick it open.If I remember, ill have to update after having it up for so long and see how it lasts.

The best feature of this tip box is its locking feature. We own and operate a small restaurant and for years we just had a tip jar on our counter. This day and age it’s not possible to just leave money exposed in a jar with no lock, sadly. We actually found that out the hard way.This tip box isn’t very big, but it’ll hold a good amount before you will need to empty it. It has a nice long opening, however, anyone wanting to leave a tip will have to fold the money in order to get it in the box.It’s a hard plastic acrylic type material that would break or crack if it’s knocked off into the floor. It’s also small enough that it would be easy to pickup and walkway with if not secured to the surface in my opinion. It has a blackout coating that keeps customers from seeing exactly what’s inside.We had high hopes when we ordered this, but as nice as the tip box is, as nice as the lock is, we will not be using it. I just don’t think it will work in our restaurant because someone isn’t always at the register to watch it. To me it would be perfect for pop up stands, or even kids selling lemonade.It’s very affordable and functions just as it should. I will highly recommend this item.

Great quality, well made and has a lock. The size is great and this box can be used for raffle tickets or as a tip box. The box has two small mounting holes which is nice if you wanted to install it on a wall, and it comes with screws and plastic anchors. The keys work well and keep the bottom of the box secure. The decal on the front is well made too and stands out. This is a good value for the money.

This acrylic tips jar is a great jar for securing the tips or donations for any commercial space. It comes with a lock that enhances the security compared to a regular jar. The shell is made with a good acrylic and see through from the other sides. The text on the front of the jar is bright and colorful that could take attention of anyone during the payment. The size of the jar is big enough to hold the tips amount.The jar also came with rivets for quick wall mounting in case not to use on any surface. The top hole is equipped with a straight rectangle shaped hole for currency notes. We loved the new tips jar and only downside is the lock might not be high security grade, but for general tip collection, this is really good.

Good little tip box. Will work for what we need it for and it is of decent quality. Has two keys, bottom door that slides open when unlocked and an option to mount the box to a wall or other structure.We are planning on using it as a tool to discourage negative behavior or unprofessional actions in the office. Do something negative, drop a bill in the tip jar! Not sure this will curb behavior but it will be interesting.Nice size and works well.
