Great, heavy duty 3/4" tubing. I wanted something that was super sturdy and reliable for an indoor basement hydroponic system (no leaks please). This tubing is awesome for that.Tip: I did find that warming it gently with a hairdryer made it much easier to straighten the tube.

I read a few reviews after ordering (I know ass backwards of me) which had me worried regarding hoses being delivered looking like sausage links that were kinked every 6 inches and hoses without the Hydrofarm branding on them. I have to say I did not have to deal with any such issues. In the entire 25' length of hose there is 1 kink; the rest of that hose was beautifully coiled inside a perfectly sized box. Would purchase again.

First the good- nice flexible thick walled tubing for best results use the same brand fittingsNow the bad- make sure you order about 4 ft more than you will need. The first 2 ft or so on both ends has creases from packaging can mostly be removed with a heat gun but still present

For lawn sprinkling systems this probably is ideal tubing, so long as you stretch it out in the summer sun for an hour or so to get the curl out of the length. My mistake was I was going to use it as feed tube for my garden irrigation. It does work well in this scenario, but installing 1/4 dia drippers or 1/4 diameter tubing into it will be a large challenge. If not done with a clean puncture it will leak. Drilling a pilot hole will not work. Best method I came up with was a low volt soldering iron with 1/8 diameter tip. leaves a clean hole that will not leak but still hard to insert the drippers. I would consider a thinner wall tubing if buying for low pressure gardening.

A lot of people are giving poor reviews because this item comes tightly wound. Which is true and when you try to unwind it; it's difficult to get it to bend the way you want. But if you pour hot water through it, the hose becomes much more malleable.

Worked very well for the pump I intended to use for, Hydrofarm AAPW160 160-GPH. The tubing was very stiff and came in a roll almost as pictured but less sloppily in a shrink wrap. I used very hot water to soften it up to straighten up somewhat. Had to do two rounds until it was a lot easier to handle. It fit nicely on the pump with no extra needed. Would buy again.

It kinks a little easy, but works ok, Using it with pump to heat above ground pool in summer via the power of the sun.
