The product works great and has helped me sleep better and be more comfortable. It is really quiet even on its highest setting, though I haven't wanted to use it at that setting as the lower 2 setting provide a great cooling. I had a small issue with a leaky filter, but the product seller quickly responded to me and resolved the issue. Again, it is a great product and if customer support is needed, they have quick responses and provide excellent customer services. Very glad I bought this product.

I got this as a Christmas present. On my very first run of using it, a plastic connector built into the hoses leaked *everywhere* - this wasn't the pump or the mattress, and wasn't a flow issue. The part was either assembled improperly or came damaged. The resulting spill was totally unexpected and unfortunate.I've emailed their support and will update this depending on their response, and may end up requesting a refund.(Updated): Customer support got back to me and provided me with a replacement. Not an ideal situation, but better than the alternative. I got it working, and it was quite effective and very competitively priced. Updated to 4-stars.

I love this little cooler. It keeps my sheets from feeling hot. It isn’t too cold. I put it under my mattress pad. I love the fan - makes great white noise. I love the timer- I usually set it for 3 hours. It is worth the money for sure.

I bought one for my adult son. He absolutely raved about how great it was so I bought one for myself. When I told him I had ordered one, he said he wished I'd have talked with him about it because he no longer liked his. He said it didn't cool down much anymore. He stated after the first couple weeks it stopped the great cooling he'd liked so much. I still gave mine a try. It worked great for a couple weeks and then not so much. I drained and rinsed as directed and it did not seem to improve. I wanted to like it as much moving forward as I had when I'd first gotten it. I reached out to the seller and received no response. It was an expensive purchase to only work well for a couple weeks.I reached out to the company through their website. (Their response went to my junk mail folder.) After hearing back from them, they offer to replace both units and ship them directly to each of us. They did not require us to return the used units but stated normally they would - this was a relief as my son had already thrown away his unit. I am hopeful the replacement units will last longer.The customer service rep who emailed me throughout this process was terrific. She was polite and responsive. Her help alone made me want to increase my star rating for this review, which I why I am now giving it 3 stars instead of one.

This thing is fantastic! My husband and I have been telling everyone we know, how much we love it!! We live in the Central Valley of California, where it can get up to 115 degrees F regularly, from June to September! Although we run the AC, we still get hot, because there can be long pauses between it cycling on. We received this about two weeks ago, and are utterly astounded at how cool it keeps us all night. There were actually a few nights that I awoke in the early morning hours, and was cold! The timer is a great feature, and I now know that depending on how hot it is when we go to bed, I can set it to turn off in those early hours if I anticipate that the morning temps will be cooler, or set it all night if the temps are not yielding. I keep a 1 gallon water jug nearby, and so far have found that a full tank will last us two nights. If you are a hot sleeper, or middle aged woman with a chaotic inner thermostat like me, this will be a life changer for you! We put it sideways across our CA King bed, and it cools us from head to knees which is just perfect!!

I’m at a stage in my life where I sleep hot, it’s a constant temperature battle with my own body. I was losing every night waking up to being over heated blankets on/off. We keep our house relatively cold but I could not sleep. My work was suffering my moods were not-my-best, I bought this in hopes of maybe some relief.I have had it for just over a week now- and slept through the night mostly (still have a 2am restroom wake-up… getting older not for the weak)The unit is not loud at all and I have it set at F2 (second from higher fan speed) I keep it on D-1 setting constant running. I also fill with ice- cold water nightly and fill the water reservoir 3/4 and leave ice in the tray on top.My bed is ice cold I sleep snuggled under blankets and get good restful sleep!

lumpy, connection too short, needs a stand, won.t work in ambient temperatures over body temperature
