Very good product. Material is resistant so great for adult time. The heating level goes up pretty high I’ve only ever needed it at 5. Drying after washing takes a while and ensure you check to make sure it’s completely dry before plugging it back in. Only gripe is the connector placement is at the base of the cover, you could flip the orientation but you would feel it through the fabric. If they manage to move that connector to the top and off the side then this would be perfect.

This pad heats up and cools off quickly. Very comfortable to climb into a warm bed and when you are comfy you can turn it down and sleep well.

My only gripe is the control... I wish it were easier to use the timer. But the overall performance is Wonderful

I bought this heated mattress pad twice, one for each of two beds. I loved all the features of my first purchase and 7 months later bought the second one. Even though, the same model, they are quite different from each other: Pad #1 defaults to whatever heat and timer settings that were used last (love that!). Pad #2 defaults to heat setting 1 and timer at 8 hours. Pad #2 is a disappointment for me, because of all the unnecessary and noisy clicking that needs to occur just to start get to my usual settings. If my husband is already in bed, I risk waking him up. I much prefer the model that default to the last-used settings. The other issue is that Pad #2 starts blinking for several seconds when it's about to shut off. If you're a light sleeper, as I am, this may wake you up.Also, to help those who've mentioned the controls are at the bottom, with a cord too short to reach bedside adjustments: If you have outlets near the headboard, just flip the mattress pad so the set-up is at the head of the bed. In my case, neither model had cords too short for the expected set-up, but I flipped the mattress pad anyway, just so I could have the cord wrapped neatly behind the headboard.I agree with the majority who state that higher settings are unnecessary, getting warmer (hotter) than you can stand. I use 1 or 2 as heat setting. Timer, I set to shut down in 1 or 2 hours.

This mattress pad is HOT! I can barely tolerate level 1! (For reference, I like to be warm and usually use a setting of 5.) We put a mattress pad on top of this mattress pad so that it would not be too hot even on the lowest setting.It fits nicely on a thick mattress and is comfortable. Seems well made.

My hubby and I are always at different temps, I'm always freezing and he's always "burning up!"I bought this for myself and called it a Christmas gift and after just one use, I am in LOVE. No more freezing and shivering! Its functions are easily changed on the controller. I mounted mine upside down on my headboard for easy access. Plus, it looks like a dog paw print!Buy it and sleep cozily!

With 10 settings, you'd think the low end would be covered...but the lowest one is uncomfortably hot for us within minutes. Half as hot on 1 would make it usable, a quarter as hot would make more of the range useable.Compounding this, if you go to turn it off before you doze, the screen has sleep-killing, blinding blue light instead of a nice, dim, sleep-friendly red light.Everything else about it is great.Manufacturer, if you are listening...I woud LOVE to keep the blanket and exchange the unusable controllers for updated ones that addressed the issues above, which should be possible with changing just a few % of the hardware.

I was searching for a high end matress protector (protect from liquids, etc) but also wanted a full bed heating pad. After reading about how some matress protectors conflict with full bed heating pads I thought this would be perfect. And it is. Top quality matress protector with a full bed heating pad built in. Easy to use controller with long cords (to the outlet and the wired controller to the matress protector). Couldn't be better. When I ordered I noticed a few reviews that had issues with warranty but based on my experience so far as long as you take care of it and follow the washing instructions etc I don't forsee any issues. And yes, it's even machine washable. Not the cheapest product on the market but honestly it's the best and worth spending the $$$ for a more comfortable sleep.
