I specifically bought these for my cable lateral raises and they’re perfect.The padding is soft and comfortable on the wrists and the double metal hooks kept it sturdy.

They are functional and seem well made.Less favorable:* Probably depends on wrist size - but with the attachments in the middle highest load is opposite where there is no padding.* Double connection are good for even pull, but a little awkward to get both connected with one hand.

Love the weight and super comfortable. The double ring is really nice to center the connection and gives you an extra ring for safety.
