I'm 6'4" and these are nice and long adjustable straps. I have them as short as possible due to my weight rack only being 84"tall so that I can do leg raises with these straps. Photo shows one at minimum and one at maximum length. Each includes a strong Velcro strap cover. They're comfortable and feel secure being 6.25 inches wide. I chose these over the cheaper straps because these are adjustable and sturdy straps with decent comfortable padding.

Great for hanging leg raises (which is why I got them). They are strong, comfortable and adjustable.

Started using these straps yesterday to hang from my pull-up bar and do leg lifts. Great product!! I was skeptical at first but after testing to see if they would hold me up and that I wouldn't end up on the floor...I started working out. I like them. I started my 30 day leg lift challenge. I had these years ago and wanted to use the ab straps again. This is a great workout for abs!After reviewing quite a few, I chose this one and am happy with the purchase.What set this apart were the adjustable straps. Since I put this on a chin up bar, I was concerned with being able to easily get in the straps. After using these once, I adjusted the straps and am able to get my arms in while standing on the floor without issues.Another nice feature is the hand grips on the straps. I appreciate the hand grips over having only straps to hold onto. My other ab straps didn't have this.The width of the strap to support me is good. I did not feel like they were too narrow at all. The inside feels like a cushioned neoprene, which is comfortable while hanging.Overall, great product and would recommend it.

I am a heavy person and these straps have held up nicely. No issues and they are more comfortable than other straps that I have used

These are great. I struggled to do abs, but these really support you and make it easier, they are well made, great fit and aid performance for more reps and more sets
