The Out of Service tag communicates the status clearly and has several blanks to be filled out on the back as applicable. The thick plastic tag should be very durable and even reusable with the right markers (but not if you use one of the two permanent markers included). Although the holes are punched, the chads have not been removed, but they easily pop out without tools. Package includes 25 tags, 25 zip ties and 2 permanent markers.

We got the out of service tags and the ladder inspection tags. Each pack comes with 25 heavy-duty tags with ties and 2 permanent markers. They are a very thick, laminated plastic and are reusable if used with whiteboard type markers. They are easy to read from a distance and have plenty of room to write in the details.

This is a very nice and quality AED monthly inspection tag. This brand went as far as providing you the inspection tag, a black permanent marker, and zip ties to be able to attach the tag to your advice. All of those added on features were fantastic! The inspection tag itself offers you plenty of room to write the date and your initials. The tag is a heavy-duty stock with almost a plastic type coating on it. With this it will be able to handle being exposed to the outside of your AED and visible to those looking. I was very impressed with the type of coding that the inspection tags had on them. I was also very impressed with how thick the inspection tags are. They were very easy to write on with a fine point sharpie marker. The marker did not smear whatsoever on the tag. For the quality and quantity of this AED inspection tag you cannot go wrong for the price you're paying. In the future I will return to purchase more of these as I need them.
