What length do I need for aerial silks?
Take the height from the ground to your rigging point, and multiply by 2,
then add 1-2 yards additional to allow for some extra fabric on the ground.
Examples with 2 yards of extra fabric on the ground:
10-foot/3 meter ceiling height = purchase 9 yards of fabric.
12-foot/3.6 meter ceiling height = purchase 10 yards of fabric.
15-foot/4.6 meter ceiling height = purchase 12 yards of fabric.
20-foot/6 meter ceiling height = purchase 15 yards of fabric.
These are just recommendations and you can purchase more or less fabric depending on what length you prefer.

Haven’t used it yet but it looks amazing. It arrived on time and in a nice canvas bag with a name tag attached. Everything fits inside the bag(including hardware. Fabric feels durable and is just as described. It even comes with pictorial instructions on how to tie your knot for use with a single attach point. I do recommend consulting someone who has experience with rigging to assist with the mounting of attachment brackets or ceiling mounts for your silks. I can’t wait to try it. Will edit for an update later!Edit: I have used this a handful of times and it is a great product. The fabric is of great quality and easy to set up and use... little tidbit of advice if you’re doing drops, hell anything really, do not use slick leggings.

The first set of silks we received had a hole in it and we returned it - The first set was VERY stretchy. The replacement came and we REALLY love it - not stretchy - great quality - the rigging was high quality. My daughters use them with ease and their veteran Silks teacher agrees that the quality is top notch. If you get the stretchy one, I suggest returning it.

We got this for our daughter and installed it in a spare room. She loves it. We had a contractor bolt it into the ceiling to be sure it was secure. Everything was included to hang it. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

These silks are amazing!! First of all, the color is absolutely beautiful!! The material is so soft and stretchy, but is not impossible to climb either. The hardware is very top-notch, too. I would definitely recommend buying these silks!!

I love this silk- great width and perfect ratio of stretchy (aerialist will understand lol). I use to perform and the quality has held up great!! Even through washes!

I bought these to install in my home. I'm a beginner aerialist, so all of this was new to me. I was nervous at first but these are very sturdy, and I'm not a skinny person, I'm thick amd have curves lol. I have had no issue and love the color although they are a little lighter than what it shows in the picture. But beautiful and great quality!! Came with everything I needed except for the mount to the ceiling. Highly recommended 😊
